Note: During our Labs operating hours we function on a closed to the public basis. We operate with a small team and require time dedicated to order quality care, turnaround efficiency, and admin work . If you arrive within these hours you will need to utilize our self service drop off box. We are available via Phone & Email during this time frame.

DROP OFF BOX PROCESS

  1. Orders are to be placed online HERE.

  2. Fill out drop-off form with name and order number. Forms are on an envelope and located at all boxes along with pens. ONLY USE ONE ENVELOPE.

  3. Place envelope inside drop-off box.

  4. Once the order is retrieved from the box you will receive an e-mail.

  5. Average turnaround time is 5-9 business days. Once order is complete you will receive another e-mail.
