Operators Are Standing By is a grassroots telethon and fundraiser created by FLATS, Ice House Radio, and Wonderlikewander—three community-driven Houston orgs committed to culture, creativity, and connection.

Through a tiered-access evening that starts with a chef-led dinner and cocktail hour and ends in a live variety show and dance party, we’re flipping the script on what a fundraiser can be. The event will be live-streamed, with viewing parties across the city, making space for everyone to join in.

Together, we’re building platforms that help keep creatives living and working in Houston—and proving that when communities collaborate, everyone thrives.
